Peter Kalkowsky (1967) - has worked with various high pressure techniques. But in recent years, he has worked exclusively with a technique developed by him, the thread-pressure-printing-technique. Kalkowsky says this technique originated from his desire for a perfect straight line. The woodcuts which he did up to this point, did not offer him the desired perfectly straight lines.
